MEET ME ON THE STOOP

The Tommy Hilfiger North America Field Inclusion & Diversity team pioneered "Meet Me on the Stoop," a monthly internal video series fostering open dialogues on diverse social topics. Entrusted with creative direction, I drew inspiration from Tommy Hilfiger's streetwear heritage for the entire brand development, including logo design and background music selection.
Collaborating closely with the team, we identified North American corporate and field members to engage in candid conversations “on the stoop,” covering various social topics each month. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, remote filming was adopted. Equipment was sent to participants, and with virtual guidance, we ensured an optimal setup for the "perfect shot." Post-filming, I curated and edited footage into 3-5 episodes each month, each lasting 2-5 minutes. They were later shared on the company's internal channels, accessible to all North American employees.
