Meet Me on the stoop

The need for companies to discuss and deepen their understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion was particularly high in 2020, especially in America. This prompted Tommy Hilfiger to launch their internal video series Meet Me on the Stoop.

Each month, team members across North America engaged in candid conversations, sharing their perspectives and experiences on various social topics, from mental health and sustainability to systemic racism and civil rights. These discussions were recorded and edited into six to ten-minute episodes, which were later distributed through the company’s internal platforms.
