The GRAMMY Awards are one of the most visible, politically nuanced moments for a global music company. On the Corporate Communications team, the challenge each year is amplifying success without signaling favoritism toward any one artist or label.
Historically, our presence centered on a single winners graphic published after the ceremony ended, an approach that ensured equal representation but limited real-time participation in the cultural conversation. I introduced a reshare strategy that amplified individual winner content from our labels throughout the night, keeping us active in real time while maintaining corporate neutrality, and redesigned the annual winners graphic to better reflect the scale of the moment.
I also built and launched a dedicated GRAMMYs intranet hub recognizing both artists and internal teams. Throughout the night, I coordinated with 10+ labels to secure timely approvals and ensure accuracy across our channels, generating 100K+ total internal and external reach.
